I've seen a couple of giveaways for TES IV: Oblivion. Is it bundled or heavily discounted somewhere?

I was just going to ask this, even though I only see a couple now. It is a wishlist game, though.

This isn't current, so maybe difficult to answer - a year or so ago there used to be a lot of giveaways for Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 (Uprising), anyone know/recall where that came from? From what I can see on ITAD the game has never been in a bundle or too heavily discounted, yet it counts as bundled cv on SG and my friends list full of bundle ppl also seem to all have it.

It was in the Humble Origin Bundle back in August 2013, not sure if it's left overs from then or not though.
Edit: Just realised that its Origin so probably not from where the giveaways come from.
