Definitely not on Origin if you're not american, I would try at a local game store since those prices are far more reasonable (at least in my country) and you can pre-order the deluxe and limited editions too :P

Only bad point is i have to wait 5-10 days (from release date) until arrives to home in box version.

you can use borderlinx.com to buy it even if you don't live in america, that site will give you american address to use on your purchases on amazon.

I got mine from GMG they have discounts for 20 or 25% off often. i ended up only paying 48 instead of 60
