don't forget that they might revoke the keys and refund you. No idea if they will but I don't dare to be happy yet :P

i can image that they first have a big meeting tomorrow about the following topics:
what to do, who is going to do what and how the f*** did this happened not with 1 but with 100 games or so :P

Pretty sure they will refund Bloodlines 2 - they took money, but didn't deliver a product, so they are in the clear and can refund with no law-issues on their end.
But for cd-keys they sent - on one hand consumers (at least in some countries) are protected by "we paid the asking price and received a product, you can't do anything now", but (at least in some countries...) there is a loophole called "if price was too low, then seller can refund anyway".

As to why it happened - it looks like their database went nuts and the base price was Russian (or some other priviliedged-pricing) one.
