Welcome Back HB Main Bundle! What tier shall you buy?
I have already bought and activated Tier 3 without the original X-COM games.
Now, a new serial is added into my Humble Bundle account, including the original X-COM games, but I already own them in Steam from a different purchase.
So, if I giveaway the new Humble Bundle serial, what will happen? I don't want to create one that will fail to be activated

As long as you haven't activated the key it should be fine. I am not sure that the BTA bundle is listed as a game so you might have to pick one of the games in the bundle and use that and then mention in the comments that it's the BTA bundle.

I'm definitely disappointed that Brave New World is not included. I got the tier 3 bundle, but Tier 2 is a partial wash for me. I already own Civ IV Complete and Civ V "GOTY" (had a lot of the DLC other than the 2 expansions). I had bought a Civ V Complete Edition a long time ago, as it was cheaper than just buying the two expansions, but never activated it. I'm torn in giving a friend the tier 2 and losing out on the Enemy Within Expansion (plus the DLC) and Starships though. If they had only included the Brave New World Expansion, I could just give a friend the Civ V Complete! Why must they make it so complicated.
And to make matters worse, I have XCOM: Complete, but not the Gods & Kings expansion from the added games.

Dang, I have forgot to reserve it, when BTA was 5.11-6$. Watching Northernlion's videos about Enemy Within makes me want to play it even though I'm not a big fan of strategy games :D
I have to find someone, who has reserved it early enough :D

hmm wish it had separate keys so could make the giveaways for Civ 3, Civ 4, Civ 5 + DLC, Ace Patrol Bundle & XCOM: Enemy Unknown
so 15USD = 23.07 NZD + frees
the games I don't have @ 80% off 3.6 + 12 + 3 + 4 = 22.60 NZD
-X-COM: Complete Pack
XCOM: Enemy Unknown Complete Pack (cheapest way to get the DLC is to buy the main game again)
-Sid Meier's Pirates!
-Sid Meier's Starships
so get Sid Meier's Civilization®: Beyond Earth & one DLC for 80 odd cents would rather want to get the complete pack for it though as seen with their other games complete packs are cheaper than buying the DLC separately maybe could buy the BTA @ 10.33 = 15.90 NZD so I guess that save some money rather than buying from the steam store but concertinaing BTA has already gone up 5USD doesn't seem the wised option but maybe it is IDK decisions are to hard
would have brought the bundle when the BTA was like 6 something USD but thought tier three had Rising Tide DLC not just a little voucher for it so was going to go with for that but no :(

I don't understand Rachellove's Note "Note: Xcom-Complete pack was included in the Humble 2K bundle, which included the 5 classic games, but none of the DLC" on the steam store none of those classic games have DLC, I'm confused what does it mean?

Phil, please look at https://isthereanydeal.com/specials/#/search:%23%3A967;/scroll:%23gamelist.
When I say "Note: Xcom-Complete pack was included in the Humble 2K bundle, which included the 5 classic games, but none of the DLC"
I mean that only the X-COM: Complete Pack was included in the 2k bundle, but no DLCs for the game. the Complete Pack was included in the BTA for that bundle and only included the following XCOM games:
XCOM: Enemy Unknown
X-COM: UFO Defense
X-COM: Terror From the Deep
X-COM: Apocalypse
X-COM: Enforcer
X-COM: Interceptor
But do you see any DLC for XCom Enemy Alone? ? Nope! So that is why i said what said.
This NEW Firaxis bundle comes with XCOM DLC. Now do you see the difference between this bundle and the 2k bundle?

yeah i guess, XCOM: Enemy Unknown isn't part of X-COM: Complete Pack thou which is the confusing part of that sentence to me =P

I think the "Increase your order amount" feature has been disabled for this bundle when the deal ended.
It says at the official humblebundle support site that the feature "will be available throughout the bundle sale period as well as for an additional 30 days after the bundle is closed".
Can someone else confirm this for me?
