Its better to create a contest in thread and then use some rng chooser to get winner, add him on steam and send it to him.

We're talking of a monetary value of € 0.26 so it's questionable if an effort similar to a presidential election is in order. You could give the key to the first person asking or if you want more complication use random.org to draw the winner of your contest.

I've seen other people create a thread (just like you did), with instructions for people to just add a comment if they're interested, and then randomly picking a person. Could be one option for you, I'd definitely be interested if you did that

Btw since no one else mentioned it, do NOT make a giveaway for a GOG key, because lets say the winner agrees to it and marks it as recieved, now the site will see that they have "not activated" their win on steam and can get banned, or at least won't pass a lot of SGTools checks.
