Resident Evil Village seems to be falsely flagged as unactivated. Maybe it has to do with not being released on Steam yet? Giveaway creator sent it as this bundle.

Infractions are less than 2 years ago, simply because the number of giveaways on steamgifts has decreased since then (and ofc that means less protected giveaways with sgtools).
Some of the infractions are from the usual suspects, people who have a permanent infraction, that keeps entering protected giveaways from leaks.

Discovered a game that does not appear as activated even if it is.

The big problem is that it does not appear in the steam library.
Checked also all the winners for the Giveaway and for non of them is the game appearing in the library.

Genau das hatten wir ja schon einmal. Bin zu faul mich durch die Seiten zu klicken, aber ich meine das war nachdem die "Zugriffsbeschränkungen" auf sg eingerichtet wurden. Damals dauerte es einige Tage, nachdem knsys mit cg kommuniziert hatte, bis es wieder normal lief. Vielleicht ist das ja wieder so?
Denn davon abgesehen ist die "kein Account" - Meldung noch nie aufgetaucht.

SGTools is safe, but when you find a website with steam login that you don't trust, never do the login with your steam credentials from the link in that website.
If you are logged in in steam community when you go to that website and use the steam login there, you will just get a button to login instead of having to input user and password.
So in short, go to steam community and log in there if you are not already logged in, then go to the website. When you are redirected to steam, you should still be logged in and have a button to directly login to the website. If it still asks for credentials, it's most likely a phishing site.

Hello, I have a bit of a problem, idk if it is a bug or what, here it it: I get wrong values on my sgtools account.
When I go to check my real cv sent sgtools says: Real CV for Sent Gifts on account MadNinja, 1,702.95 $, Level 7 ( 70.29% to Level 8 ) which is wrong:

When I go to sync it shows correct value, I have done a forced sync but it doesn't seem to change the wrong values on main page:

I have a game that is not showing as activated, that is because it was removed from my account and " revoked due to a problem processing payment" and is no longer available on Steam.

Yeah it's been flagging accounts who mention SG on comments for a while now, there are some threads about it here in the forum. It's a shame that this is happening, you should avoid posting anything related to giveaways or SG in another person comment section on steam.

HI - My account is being flagged for not activating all wins. The game it thinks I don't have is Pew Pew Rocket, but it is in my account. I think there must be more than one app ID since there is no store page for the copy in my library, and the existing store page isn't showing owned for me. Steamgifts should add the punishment to the ones that use such ways to enter the GA's too.
That would maybe hit sometimes a innocent one too but this ones will learn the lesson not to use links from "a friend" but the extreme abusers would be perma suspended, sooner or later.

- Invalid entries checks the entries on a steamgifts giveaway and compares them to the valid entries on the gateway protecting that same giveaway on sgtools.
- Editing the rules changes nothing for entries that were already conceded before the rule edit, they are still considered valid entries.
- Just checked and there is no other sgtools giveaway linking to those steamgifts giveaways where you have an entry.
