You fail the following part in the level 1–3 section:
real_won_region_free <= (real_sent_region_free + level*2
I edited it a bit as it was missing half of that rule. Try it now, you should pass by having 0% region-restricted.

It was of requirements, but it should have had another route in. That big-ass rule is also a flowchart, it just missed one of the possible routes.

I've noticed a rising amount of negative posts and threads lately on SG. From sad and gloomy topics to rants and angry posts, it just makes me feel slightly depressed.
To counter the negativity, I created this 100% positive thread! The one rule of this thread - think and post positively!
