Did 1 guy just created a giveaway that...restricts people that own even 1 classic game like Half Life 2 or even Counter Strike(regardless of any) from entering a giveaway? That's literally telling that only new people(who don't own ANY of Valve/Battle Royale/PvP-PvE games) can join them in first place. Oh wait, people "buy" games to get into the site in the first place so that kinda kills it, making it counter productive...

I've never fully understood talgaby's cryptic sgtools rules either. I won't judge (especially in this thread!) because I don't know his reasons or intentions, but I'd be curious to hear them as well. He may have explained them somewhere but I don't know where.

I don't see anything weird in restricting people that owns CS:GO, PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS or DayZ. Too bad you can't restrict people that have "more than 200h in" though, not only added game to their library so it sits there.
People spend thousands of hours in those games, not playing anything else. So wins only give +1 to their library. I wouldn't use filter like that, but I fully understand logic behind it.

Check works fine, GA begins in 16 hours. (Just wanted to test it, already own the game anyway ;) ) The ratio check might filter quite a few people but that's totally up to you.

If you intend to give it away to people who give more than they won 1.0 is fine :)
There's still an option to decide if you want to filter for "real CV" (Real value) instead of "number of gifts" if you want to. That way people who gift more unbundled games might have it easier to enter than people who just gift bundled games (or maybe even free stuff).
