My weekend looks way more positive now that I got my internet access back. Since Tuesday the whole street was cut off after the cable was damaged accidently by some construction workers.

Charging it up! Ironically I thought about this because of some negativity I saw in another user on steamgifts, and it caused me great pain.
Everything is here for a reason - to teach us something, or learn from, I guess. Especially the bad!

The greatest lessons are learned through a bad experience. Be it a lesson in logic, life, behaviour; We can all learn from experiencing bad things or witnessing bad things happening around the world - if anything, that we should avoid falling prey to the same fate some people did through their choices. ^^

Staying positive is the hardest thing for me. I was raised by parents for whom the glass was never better than almost empty so keeping a positive outlook is a struggle BUT I look around, try to find the silver lining, and hold on to the people who can look at the clouds and see the sun shine through, and those who are looking at the rain, waiting for the rainbow to appear and it helps.

I've noticed a rising amount of negative posts and threads lately on SG. From sad and gloomy topics to rants and angry posts, it just makes me feel slightly depressed.
To counter the negativity, I created this 100% positive thread! The one rule of this thread - think and post positively!
Tell me what good thing has been happening in your life, post cheerful gifs, anything really. Let's cheer up those who feel sad, and maintain the mood of those who don't. ^^
