It's weird, I'm not really passionate about anything so I really envy all these commenters. I've tried so many things but not particularly liked any.
I suppose the hobby I had the most fun with was gaming though I'm not sure if it's enough to say I'm passionate about it. I collect figures but honestly I don't particularly like any of them and just do it to try to enjoy it.
I guess Horror could count as my passion as I spend the majority of my time doing something related to Horror so I'll go with that ^,^

I'm passionate about helping others find a form of self-expression. I didn't get to be myself until I was an adult, and I like to create a space where other people feel free to experiment with their personality and discover who they truly are.

im not sure if this thread still goes on but i just couldnt help myself, i wanna say few things too.
so, my passion is and always was writing. i used to write stories with a huge backstory and lore when i was in 4th+ grade when they gave us a few mins to write anything about something. other students would just write lil paragraphs but i loved finding a story about that thing.
i left it a few times. i didnt write for years but i always find my way back. idk how tho, i dont even think about it i just write and write. used to write fanfiction and original stories. i published them and had a huge audience too but things went bad and i had to delete my acc. after that i got so scared. but eventually i started again. and when my gf broke up w me i got discouraged again. but now im writing a novel.
its not perfect and i dont like what i write. as diane nguyen said once, 'my best stuff comes out when i hate myself'. Nowadays, i like the chapters i write. İts been 25 chapters with a 75k+ word count. i love it so much. im tryin not to think about it, i feel like im the characters in the story. my beta reader says that my characters are all different and unique than each other. it makes me happy. when i write a gesture i do it several times in real life and try to see every aspect of the said gesture. i love it.
recently wrote a noir story for a competition. idk if i can win but i hope so...
i was gonna try to write a few words tonight. its currently 01.14 in my country. i saw this and couldnt help myself. w that motivation ig i can write some paragraphs. thank you, really. thank you.

Graphic Design! I love using tools online to enhance or create artwork, and I was gifted an iPad a year ago that I now use all the time for making fun stuff - Procreate is honestly incredible and a super strong tool for graphic designers.
While I do occasionally create art in hopes of selling online, just relaxing in bed with the iPad making entirely pointless things is super fun too. Very relaxing!

Not sure what is a whitelist, but here I go:
I'm passionate about games. Gotta catch'em all.
I'm passionate about books, and I can't stop buying them even if I have a lot I still had never read. LOL
Barely watch TV, but I LOVE series like "CSI", "Criminal Minds" and "NCIS". So, when I watch TV, I spend the time on AXN channel. Also I'm passionate learning about serial killers. I usually watch that kind of documentaries.
I love listening documentaries while gaming, or old radio programs. To be more specific, there is an old Spanish program about mysteries: Milenio 3. I'm a big fan. Occult, mysteries, historical, paranormal and conspiracy topics are my fav.
Also love ASMR artists.
I could say a lot more, but I think it's enough.

My passion is traveling, but I really love theme parks and aquariums! My husband and I just celebrated our 10 year anniversary by going to Newport Aquarium followed by Winterfest at Kings Island. Couldn't have had a more awesome anniversary :)

Rhythm games, might sound ultra nerd but i love rhythm games, been playing them since i was a kid. I have learned about so many good scene artists through it in the course of over a decade, it's fun, but nerd af. not many people appreciates the fun of pressing buttons to the rhythm of things lol

As a terrible rhythm game player I'm interested in what you'd recommend so I'd love it if you could bestow your wisdom upon me
Comment has been collapsed.
I hope you were asking for rhythm game recommendations, not music artists otherwise this below gonna be a waste.
avoid sims like osu, won't give you the full experience, it gets the hate it deserves, people who defends it just don't know better.
if you want to play "the legal way" you have three routes
The OG, made in 1997
Continuation made at 2003 when company splitted
The first is pricey than the second, but the second will be WAY more pricey in the long road with all the extra content (which is not bad at all but not mandatory if ur new)
Both are fine to pick up. also they're both music simulators, whose will honor the keysound system, which is each note you press is an actual sound, other lame games, will just have hitsounds (same sound for all notes).

Ah very nice, I've had DJmax on my wishlist for a while, will put the honourable mention into my wishlist as well, thanks. Also I was wondering if you've ever tried the game deemo:Reborn it's also a rhythm game, I've seen it a bit and thought it looked beautiful
Comment has been collapsed.
Deemo is a wonderful game, the story is charming, the cast is beautiful and the ending is perfect, hit 7 millions sales, but always remained a niche within it's own community. it's one of my personal favorites. It even had a movie! Trailer compared to the other ones deemo is a 100% piano focused experience, gameplay wise is more lenient, so it's fun overall.
as for how to play it it's even more confusing, i'll need to backtrack a little.
Rayark it's company, has never been known for doing the best, so to enjoy the game to the fullest it's complex.
About PSVITA After Story:
An expansion to the story of the original series, the After Story.
Fully animated cutscenes
Character voice-overs
2 unique 2-player modes (DUEL and DUET mode)
New collections of songs to play (deprecated upon release of Deemo 3.4)
Now with this explained, I would tell you to forget about Deemo Reborn, what are reborn differences compared to all the others i've mentioned?
All of them are ports, Deemo reborn is a 3d remake, focused on puzzles and exploration, it's the same story we saw as teenagers in 2d, on mobile when it originally released, but now 3d modelled. you can even play it on VR! Exploring the castle in vr with alice is wonderful and it made me cry the first time i played it on PS4 (PSVR), I even have my physical copy.
But I think you should go and play the nintendo switch version first, pirated or not, it has the most content, and it's the best bang for your buck.
Song count (with DLC btw)
DEEMO has 442 songs.
Switch version of Deemo has 417 songs (due to copyright)
DEEMO -Reborn- has a total of 128 songs
So, TL;DR: Deemo Reborn? it's good, play it, or play the original version first to enjoy the story even deeper and get a better experience once you play Reborn.
And to end, Do not play Deemo II, we do not talk about it, nobody does, we all hate it, they just retconned the whole story in 1, changed the cast and slapped Deemo into it. The deemo arc was hans and alice, Truly disgusting

Thanks for taking your time with this, I'd like to try that Deemo:reborn VR as I have one so I think I'll go with that one first since its most easily accessible right now. For the switch ig its the 🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️ way. Also I never heard of Deemo 2 even though I knew about Reborn and the original Mobile, I guess that will be the ugly sibling that I'll play last

I really love collecting rare items in games. I currently have a Terraria world where I store all my neat things, like my Master mode drops and special stuff. I'm currently keeping an eye out for a Dirtiest Dirt Block pet. If I have my way, I'll eventually have a chest full of them. I also am starting a collection of Master mode boss trophies, and am going to design an area to display them all.
Exploring to get everything is also super fun. I've got a Rod of Harmony I use to teleport everywhere, so almost no stone is unturned.
Also, I've been going through my worlds, separating biomes and thinking up the perfect houses for my NPCs. That's quite fun.

I have a passion in animation and drawing. I like figuring out how to draw all types of things such as people, objects, and stuff from imagination. Drawing anatomy and expressions are my personal favorites. I also really like designing characters for both existing properties and my own stories. I also really like overanalyzing shows and games a lot haha.

I am passionate about spirituality, I have been on spiritual journey for more than 12 years. I am a starseed and I know life in higher worlds/heaven. I love stuff relating to principles of universe, truth about life here and world beyond :)

That's a fun passion you have ! I'm not into bright, shiny stuff which kind of overstimulates me, but I can see the appeal (we've all loved it as kids).
My passion is a topic : neuroscience ! Ever since I had health problems, I've been heavy into reading neuroscience studies. This has been going on for over 2 years, with periods during which I was spending 3h a day (well, actually, in the beginning of the night, right before bed, most of the time) reading studies.
Since English is not my mother tongue, it was quite hard in the beginning, but I took it as a puzzle and made great progress thanks to that activity.
My favorite study is called " Genetic basis for individual variations in pain perception and the development of a chronic pain condition ".
What makes it special to me is :
1/ the topic
2/ the diversity of medias used for displaying results
3/ how much a game changer it was for me to read about it (as I could relate it to myself, which always makes studies material more interesting, and it was redefining a vision I had about genetics and changed a perception conveyed by other studies about rs4680)
4/ how much I enjoyed reading studies complementary to this one (some relating the variants to mRNA rather than binding activity, some show other SNPs combinations with inversing activity - such as what ACCG is compared to GCGG in the study named).

One thing I'm passionate about is books!! In the past few years I've really rediscovered my love of reading and it's been great. Lately I've mostly been reading queer fiction. I like a variety of genres, which means there's lots out there for me to enjoy!

I like tinkering with electronics, repairs, building things, baking, flying(travelling and commanding small planes), roadtrips, music(one of my playlists is almost 4,000 songs in count and many of those are entire albums or mixes), coin collecting and photography. I used to collect feathers in good condition that I'd found. I also really love learning about how things work!

Hey! I was inspired by the share a funfact whitelist recruitment thread and thought I would do my own! I do not have a lot of people on my whitelist, so I would like to expand it and once I have added a sufficient amount of people I will do a big giveaway (haven't decided what, but probably a highly wanted/expensive game)
Here is my only requirement, in the comments tell me something you are passionate about. I love to hear people talk about things they love so I thought that would be fun! If you want you can tell me why you are passionate about the thing, but you do not have to. It can be anything. I'll go first. I am very passionate about drag artists, as in drag queens, drag kings etc. I love drag, I think it's so fun and just watching drag performances makes me smile. I could talk about them all day.
Your turn! Everyone who tells me of a passion of theirs will be added to my WL, at least for a while until the thread gets too large.
