I'm reading through all of Marvel comics by release date, starting in 1961 with Fantastic Four #1. I'm now in 1973 (1,583 issues in). This will likely take me over a decade to complete. I find that very comforting.
I'm also going through all of Star Wars canon (movies, tv shows, books, comics). I'm doing that chronologically. I'm right before A New Hope right now. There is always new Star Wars content coming out so I'll never run out of content even when I catch up. Plus I can then go into the old Extended Universe (called Legends, now) if I need more content. Star Wars just makes me happy.
About your passion, I used to be stage manager for my friend's drag troupe. I had a lot of fun, but never had the confidence to do it myself.

Anime most of all, haha. I love the excitement and how awesome everything looks, and there's so many where more exciting or funny stuff happens, it always makes me jealous, haha. But yeah this goes along with gaming, because I like being a part of those more exciting worlds and having special abilities and powers or whatnot. Or just being able to hug the cute girls sometimes. ;P
I also like making games, because I like to make interesting new worlds and stuff, but my skills in making them always leave me very disappointed because they're never anything like I want them to be... :/

I'm passionate for nothing. I am waiting for the day of my death and hanging onto religion for possible salvation beyond our mortal lives. Too tired and too occupied with work to have any sort of hobby now... God bless

Scultping. I love seeing a lump of clay transform into something else. More than anything, I love that it's like a puzzle. If something doesn't work you need to find another way to do it, if something is ruined you need to find a way to fix it, if something is being stubborn you need to think how to work with what the clay wants to do rather than what you want to do. Brainstorming solutions and seeing what said solutions create is really fun for me. I rarely end up with a result that resembles my original plan, but the process is always fun.

Figurines, mostly. I give most of them away, although I have kept some that have too many imperfections to make a good gift or some that I made for practical use like a paper towel holder. It's more about the process for me than the result and my friends and family appreciate a gift that I poured dozens of hours and a lot of thought into.

I am very passionate about movies. I'm more or less interested in every movie that gets out. I like to really get into the zone when watching, like in the cinema. :)

I am very passionate about road cycling. Twelve years ago a very close friend was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and I felt helpless at that point. I did some quick research and found out about MS Bike where cyclists raise money to help fund research and treatment. I was already an active mountain biker, but decided to go get a cheap road bike and start pedaling. I've participated in 13 MS Bike events since then, raising about $20,000 for MS Research. I started road cycling for that reason but quickly fell in love and it became my main passion (outside of spending time with my kids) and I moved on to start road racing and did that for five years. Now I'm an old dude and my racing days are behind me but I still love getting out for a ride!

Actually I have two passions: First I collect and play board games (so far about 1000 pieces).
And after a long time of saving I bought my first brand new pinball machine (Otherwise I drive at least once a month about 150 km to play in a pinball hall).
And in case you haven't seen it yet.... i also collect pc games

I like the art of drag, in particular drag queens. Something about it makes me very excited, but generally drag queens are just very 'hyping'. I've always loved people playing with gender. Even looking back at the things I liked growing up this is quite evident, even though I didn't know it yet back then. So yeah, I sometimes go to drag shows, and I watch the tv shows of course. I don't do drag myself, but maybe some day. 😛

I am passionate in medicine and poisons. Whether it be the compounds in everyday foods we eat or a compound of a nerve agent. I currently work as a researcher in these topics and I'm actively bettering myself in my knowledge of the matter. I hope to make a new type of medication in the future or discover a new compound that is beneficial for people.

I really love drag, too! It's super cool cool how folks dress up and perform like drag queens and kings do. I especially love suits with fun ties, as well as fancy and over the top dresses. It's great how much fun everyone can have with gender performance.
As for what I'm obsessed with? I adore dogs. Love 'em, love 'em, love 'em! Especially my four that I've got living with me. They're my best friends, and keep me going when I feel like I can't go on anymore. This one's Frisk AKA Frisky Boots. I also call her Frisky Business, Frisky Whiskey, and Treato Bandito.

I'm really passionate about Magic the Gathering. I used to play as a tween back when it first came out. About 2 years ago, I got back into it after a LONG time away. A friend gifted me a fancy collection he'd inherited, and it totally lit my fire. Now I'm learning how to build decks well. I'm totally one of those players who gets over-attached to his "pet cards" even if they're not good. Gotta learn to be a little more objective about what I include and why.

Hey! I was inspired by the share a funfact whitelist recruitment thread and thought I would do my own! I do not have a lot of people on my whitelist, so I would like to expand it and once I have added a sufficient amount of people I will do a big giveaway (haven't decided what, but probably a highly wanted/expensive game)
Here is my only requirement, in the comments tell me something you are passionate about. I love to hear people talk about things they love so I thought that would be fun! If you want you can tell me why you are passionate about the thing, but you do not have to. It can be anything. I'll go first. I am very passionate about drag artists, as in drag queens, drag kings etc. I love drag, I think it's so fun and just watching drag performances makes me smile. I could talk about them all day.
Your turn! Everyone who tells me of a passion of theirs will be added to my WL, at least for a while until the thread gets too large.
