So I bought the Humble THQ Bundle, and my page and order were deleted before I could redeem my keys. I bought one bundle BTA, and I've never violated the TOS. Bought it on Friday when it went live, opened a Paypal dispute Friday afternoon after getting back from an hour lunch to find my product page was removed, and I haven't received a reason why or mention of a refund yet.

Why is Humble still so popular when there are so many other companies jumping on the bundle bandwagon, selling bundles more often with individual keys and decent customer support? I can't even e-mail them because apparently my e-mail address is blocked by Google Groups. Relieved I at least bought the Amazon THQ pack before this, because I won't be buying a second bundle from these guys. Not sure how I feel about Rosen basically stealing my money like this.

Humble Bundle is actually best. Indie Gala's are shit all the time but HB stays cool for almost every time there's new bundle (with some exceptions of course). Looks like you're first one who has problems with it. Your product page probably wasn't removed. By the way there's ir resender: http://www.humblebundle.com/?s=resender Just enter your e-mail and it will resend you your bundle. And you can always use another e-mail to ask them. Just provide your PayPal account username and e-mail.

Why Humble Bundle is still popular? They make bundles with great games where you can pay what you want and most people don't have problems with them. They don't give individual keys because they don't want you to share the keys.

Why so popular? Hmmm THQ package worth more than 100 euros for less than 6$? No way! It must be government hoax!

Well you have convinced me that you come across as a whiny douche. No mention of "I contacted HB support" you went right to a PP dispute? lol And the email address thing has got to be the lamest excuse ever. And claiming your order was "cancelled" is just lame, maybe they have a glitch in the website?

there was a glitch on gala's once where it wouldn' let me purchase it after it failed to forward to paypal.. had to wait a day or two then... haven't had any problems with humble like that though

yeah, I had that. Twice.

They sorted it and consolidated the two user pages together that a glitch had created meaning I couldn't get some of games.

If you didn't get your money back either, contact HIB. See what they say.

So you come to whine here 2 days after it happened while you have gone to ask paypal for your money back without even bothering to contact their support first...

And nobody else has any significant issues other than minor delays...

What is the point of this thread...

On a side note, did you not miss that your overview is put into per-bundle sections and can be navigated on the bottom? XD

People like Grrkek should die in a fire.

So you got the bundle, then immediately opened a paypal dispute? No wonder you lost your money.

Mega-derp on Nearlight's part. HB support are great people to deal with.

Typical.
A moron has a problem with a service (be it Steam, HIB, etc) and he ask for a refund to the bank (who has nothing to do).
The bank has first to ask the service for the money, so he doesn't get his money instantly and gets blocked from the service while the dispute is solved.
He goes to every forum he encounters (SPUF, SG's) and rages.
People laughs at him.

You've probably just accidentally made a HIB account and claimed your unique page. You'll have to login to get to your page. Also, google notified me about 6 months ago that Google Groups were being closed down and made into personal accounts, so now I have 2 google accounts. Try logging into those differently cause your group probably doesn't exist

Weird, I`ve bought about 8 bundles so far - not a single issue with any of them.

It sounds like you are trying to scam them so I'm sure it'll be settled soon. If you open a dispute without contacting the other seller first. . .Your kinda boned. It looks like you deleted you Key page by mistake. . You'll get you money back if none of the keys are used.

Edit: To both Humble and Pay pal it looks like your trying to get the game for free. It's what people do to rip off sellers of keys, well used to: First buy game via pay pal, get key, open dispute, claim invaild key, money back. Paypal has caught on and knows what seller does what.

His Steam library is too big for me to believe that he is trying to do a 1 (or 5) Dollar-scam.

Not saying he was . . just from paypal and humble's side. . it does sound like an attempt at a scam from most eyes who look on a transaction like that.

Instead of opening a dispute you should have contacted Humble support. Stupid really. Your scams may work on traders but not companies.

You can always talk to the HiB support to give you a new key or resolution to the issue.

HiB has LIVE support. Why didn't you just put in a support ticket first before going off the deep end. You didn't even attempt to figure out what went wrong. It could ahve been a simple server glitch. Why do a Paypal dispute HOURS after?

Chargebacks and such are NOT A REFUND MECHANISM. You're supposed to TRY to work things out with teh vendor not do a charge back because you couldn't get your issue resolved in an hour.

I mean have ou ever done that with Steam support/ I'm surpised you havent just gotten your account suspended due ot some rediculous server glitch.

Hmm... Strange that you say you weren't able activate any of the keys from the THQ bundle yet you have three out of the seven games that are in that bundle in your account right now... ¬_¬

So what you're really saying is that you bought a bundle of games that you already owned 43% of knowing that you'd only get an extra key for one of those games?

That seems a little strange to me...

Sounds like you filed your little dispute when a bunch of people were having problems getting keys. HiB WAS rather overloaded for a bit since this IS an epic bundle. Good job, Einstein.
