There are two SG apps on the Play Store. The one I'm using doesn't have this issue. Use the other one (they both have the same name)

So, I was trying to use the mobile app for this site the other day, but there's a problem.
The app only seems to want to communicate using 4G cellular connection, not 3G.
Not only that, the app wants to use a "4G hotspot" function, that my phone can't use. (Without paying handsomely for it.)
Is there some way that I can force the app to use only 3G? There's no legitimate reason the app should HAVE to use 4G.
Anything 4G can do, 3G can do...you know, just slower...
If the designers of the app are reading this, could you fix that?
This is the only app I've ever encountered that gives me this problem.
