Steam sale is up. Wait a bit for the server load to go down. Its just a temporary thing. You have enough time to gift the game once Steam unbugs itself.

You can't trade gifts bought from store for 30 days, and that is usually reason you don't see it when you want to trade it. Instead of using trading window, send it as a gift.

So a person won one of my giveaways for Hatch and Slay but when I went to trade with him the game/gift wasn't in my inventory even though when I bought it I had it put in my inventory.So I can't give the winner the gift and don't know what to do :/
