A look back to Humbler times [Level 2 Train] [ENDED]

I've been saving up some Humble Bundle keys for a while, and I think now's the time to part with them. All keys will be Humble Gift links.

Entry to the train will be guarded by a puzzle. Please don't post spoilers. I'll be happy to provide hints if people are having trouble.

Each giveaway will last 24 hours and start/end at 12:00 PM CST, two giveaways per day. Due to giveaway limits I won't be able to post them all at once, so keep an eye on the latest giveaway for an updated link to the next car of the train.

I've decided on a theme of reflecting on the past. If you feel so inclined, please post one of your favorite memories, or discuss the poll.

Hint #1 - The answer ends with the letter A

Hint #2 - I could easily add these extra lines to the riddle:
Number 26 generates buzz,
But does not indulge in rumors,
12 can live, laugh and love,
Though it has no sense of humor

Hint #3 - Pay attention to where Number 5 begins and ends and where Number 2 starts

Hint #4 - Another set of lines to add to the riddle:
Number three can crack the case,
But cannot solve the issue,
Number twenty ends the hurt,
And also births the tissue

i figured how this riddle works but still no idea what the answer could be, not even a remote clue. tried like 20 different words that would fit hint #1 and #5 but nothing works

The answer to the first riddle hasn't been edited at all since I made it, although a few people had issues with false negatives related to the browser they were using, could be something like that?

I am so confused. Hints made me more confused. I can understand some of the numbers are related to a letter, can't understand all of them but I also don't get how the numbers themselves are connected with each other that will help me know the answer.
Edit: I got it, at least I succeeded once.

Well, nothing so far that I haven't already got (the HB keys I'm missing are mostly from 2020 and 2016), but these were some really delightful riddles!

Started off with animals, but the first hint suggested that's wrong. Then went with what the deleted comment said as well, basically various natural phenomena like rainstorms, but you suggested that's wrong too. And now I have no idea what's "exclusive to a pool" 😂
