I'm hoping that the remaining games are worth the $5.5 I paid for them. In many monthlies they are, but definitely not in last month's bundle.

Will be gift links from humble monthly region locked?

Yes and no. If you buy from a locked-down region, then it remains locked down. If you buy from a ROW region and send it, then the key generated from the gift link can be locked down. I am having such an issue, as I had a winner who already had the game, but he generated a RU key from a ROW link, so now I am waiting for Humble to reverse the process and invalidate the key.

There is no such thing. They follow the regions the game's publisher sets. If you are interested in them, then check the game in question on SteamDB to see which regions have separate packages.
Humble itself doesn't tell you about a region-lock only after you try to reveal a game key/gift link; this is something they seriously need to work on.

This is the first time that the early unlock is a bundle game, right? As in, it is on the site's bundled list.
A bought it, because I am an idiot, and because it seems that the logic is this: get one overhyped game for early unlock (TW:WH) → cheap indie stuff for rest. Cheaper indie stuff as unlock → some quasi-decent games to ensure the remaining subscribers that they should remain.

March is a bit of a disappointment. Even tho Warhammer is really nice by itself, other game are MEH at best (and I already have run Galaxy and One piece, so double MEH).
April start with a joke," The Witness" was already in the Freedom bundle...I'm not really optimistic for the full unlock.
Or maybe because it start as a joke, it will end as an amazing bundle...who knows...

Witness is OK. I prefer the main game to be worth more than 12 dollars on black market, because generally the other games are bundle trash.
Witness is like 8 right now so hopefully there's at least one other decent game in the pack.

I changed my subscription to yearly about 3 weeks ago, so I assumed that I would get the early unlock each month from no on, seeing as I have already paid in advance... but I can't see anything in my account that gives me the 'Witness or $5' choice. Anyone else having the same issue, or am I just expecting this the wrong way?

You must "pay early" for this to unlock or wait until the last friday before the bundle unlock friday to unlock it automatically.
This gives you the chance to pause the subscription for the current month, if you still want to virtually unlock it search for the pay/unlock early button in HB monthly page of course you will not charge anything since you are allready subscriber.

Is this applied to monthly gift too ?
I got monthly gift, it says my subscription is extended due to that gift, but i didn't see the witness nor April Monthly.
So, If i want to skip this bundle, still can do it ? Or monthly gift applied immediately to the current monthly ?

If you don't have access to early unlock yet, you can either "pay early" or pause your subscription for future month.

I've gotten monthly gift as well and it extended to my subscription, it say "Your next month has already been paid!" but I didn't received early unlock yet. is it normal? if so, for how long do I have to wait the early access?

I think when they say "next month has already been paid" they means they already received money for next bundle you will unlock (you can still pause your subscription I think).
So I have checked for myself, even if it was not very intuitive...
I have found a link at bottom of March bundle page (where there are all Steam keys) to unlock early (pay early) April bundle.
So my guess, go there, click on link + ok and it will use your payment in advance for that April bundle and you will see it in your purchases page.

So, you still pay $12 and they give you back $5 in virtual money? I think I'll simply unsubscribe and keep the $12 for something else. I have plenty of time to take a decision but April's monthly bundle seems like a big gamble and I'm not really interested in having locked money in HB's store.
I'd probably reconsider it if you could buy regular bundles with HB Store money.

My first thought, "The Witness? Wtf is this? Don't they realize they bundled it a week ago?" And, "Last month was crap, hey HB, this month was supposed to be good!"
Went to cancel (again) buuuut... $5 back? I am really tempted now... Maybe they'll unlock a second game closer to the deadline? (Like This War of Mine month, wasn't the other one South Park?)

Not really interested of the early unlock myself, but I'll give it away I suppose ^^ I kind of like the suspense of mystery games (unless it is mystery bundle from GMG or Square surprise box!), HB has been nice earlier and I still believe in it.

Dark Souls or Dark Souls II, can't say for sure since the view is quite limited :) But every Dark Souls game has some mimics included so don't you worry!

If the best game they can offer this month is going to be the Witness, especially knowing it was in the...previous Humble Bundle, this is going to be a HUGE pile of crap Monthly. Don't subscribed this month.
