Acounts suspended

Ok, my all 3 accounts got suspended. I don't know why. I know is not illegal to have more accounts. I have made a ticket and here's the response:

Hello,

We have found activity in the Steam account related to exploiting Steam promotions. Per the Steam Subscriber Agreement, we have disabled the account and any games contained in it. The account will not be reactivated.

The Steam Subscriber Agreement can be found at:

In addition to violation of contract, activities on the account may violate federal law and state law. If such activities persist, Valve reserves the right to refer the matter to authorities.

What is this? I get my accounts suspended permanently for no reason just like that?

Anywho, you should contact steam support and not through these forums.

I think they clearly stated what you did wrong. You abused multiple accounts to abuse the winter contest.

From the FAQ:

Only one SG account allowed per person. Please do not share accounts.

Please read it.

If you are talking about steam, then go talk to steam support. But it is also against the steam winter contest agreement.

He's talking about Steam accounts I guess and he get these accounts suspended coz of Xmas sale.

Anyway, there's nothing we can do for you here.

Also it's not against rules to have multiple accounts.

I just post here, maybe any of you knows something. I DID NOT ABUSE THE XMAS SALE! NO NO NO! I MIND MY OWN BUSINESS ON STEAM ALL THE TIME! BEING FARE! FUCK! And now my acounts are suspended because of.. nothing?

Did you ask your friends? Maybe sorin3, sorin4, sorin5, sorin7, sorin8, sorin9, sorin10, sorin12, sorin13 or sorin14 know something. (I may have skipped someone.)

If you didn't abuse the sale, then explain that to support. We can't do anything and, personally, I'm inclined to take their word over yours. Yeah, they make mistakes, but they also make the right call a lot more.

Then question them further, and demand a non-default response. I got a default response once that wasn't even related to the question I actually asked, and I got a very friendly and helpful response after I requested not getting given essentially a link to the FAQ.

yah I looked at your account, be thankful they don't go after you for fraud man. you actually created accounts after steam issued the warning gj. Oh and gj on defrauding a charity assmuch. I hope they do go after you now.

Dude, you have at least 10 alt accounts set up during the promotions. They seem to mostly contain Humble bundles or (more disturbingly) Dead Island, which haven't even ever been played.

The court finds you guilty as charged.
