Cow tongue is so delicious. It has it's own unique taste.
Besides that, probably lungs, although not sure which animals.

People in China eat many organs of cow (including sex organs) And they eat snakes, too.

Weirdest I've eaten? Probably shark before it was illegal here. Tasty :P very 'smooth' salty fish meat.

I also really enjoy eating black pudding and haggis, despite knowing what they are made of... (Black pudding is sausage meat, blood, oats and spices. Haggis is meat - heart, liver and lungs, spices and oats stored and cooked in a sheep's stomach). I want to try deep-fried black pudding but haven't found anywhere that sells it yet.

Raw mince steak with raw egg yolk is another odd dish I've eaten, and very nice it was too.

Oh, I didn't know Cow's tongue was considered weird... In that case, I've eaten Cow's tongue and Brain (Although I'm not sure if the brain was a Cow's brain or a Sheep's brain).
Also Chicken's Kidney and Liver. I've never tried Cow's eye, but I hear it's very delicious.
