I usually claim the keys using ASF to be sure that they're correctly activated (it gives more information about the redeeming process) and it also helps SteamDB index some subs it might not know. I didn't have access to the computer where I run ASF so that's why it took longer to claim the key and mark it as received. Sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused you.
