While there was some negativity in this thread, it was a vocal minority. There have been blacklists and (unintentionally nice) clown badges, but there were even more whitelists and many giveaways from fantastic people. Remember there are people out there with empathy and love for the community.

Having a problem contacting some of the winners of my giveaways. I tried to send everyone a friend request (since they're Steam gifts, not keys) but for some I got an error, even though I've been able to send the other winners a request without issues. If you're a winner and you haven't gotten my friend request yet, try sending me a friend request instead. If that doesn't work either, please let me know ASAP.

Another way is you can select "key" and write "Check-Steam-Friend-Request" or "Add-Me-On-Steam" under key section when creating GAs in the future. Hopefully winner will see that msg when they try to redeem the key

Whatever you do, do NOT leave a comment on their profile saying they won a game or mention SteamGifts. Steam's automated system will put a community ban on your account! If you leave a comment, make it generic, like "adding you from SG".

Usually if you are getting an error adding them, their (or your) friend list may be full.
As Oppenh4imer suggested, leave a comment on one of their giveaways, or on one of their comments they left when they won.
