I have a problem with "The First Spark".
I had won this game at 2017/07/03, and activated right.
But Rules Checkers sad I did not activate it.
This seems to be due to the fact that the game was dropped from the steam shop.

It was indeed down. Well not the scrapper, that was working fine.
The problem was with the length of the following bundled "game": Barclay: The Marrowdale Murder + Sleengster + Sleengster 2 + Torch Cave + Torch Cave 2 + Rage Parking Simulator 2016
It exceeded the space allocated for the names of a bundled game in the database, causing the statement to crash.

Do I have to wait the end of my giveaway (3 weeks) to communicate invalid entries?
I'm aware SGTools isnt Steamgifts but I need an advice: While investigating the leak, I suspect the use of double accounts. The invalid entrie is probably a secondary/bot account of another valid entrie (got the name, friends configuration looks like the one used when you farm with bots). Should I report him to support without proof (only IP check could answer)?

It's usually better to wait until it finishes and then report invalid entries.
But, if you suspect that someone is using a multiple account, you should report it to steamgifts and give them the details about it. You don't have to wait for that.

After today's update, SG now limits cost-of-entry to 50P max. This means that GAs for games that cost more than $50 would be capped as 50P to enter, but would give their actual list price for CV (if not bundled). As a result some users will see a difference between the Real CV value that appears on SG (the tooltip in the profile) and the value that appears on SGTools. In my case the difference is probably due to this GA for Valve Complete Pack, which would now be 50P, but has a list price of $100.

I think think it was already displayed as 50P on SGTools. It's just that SG calculates CV as 100. In any case, I'm not sure I understand the fix, but the bottom line is that it works fine because the values displayed on SG and SGTools are now practically identical ($2188.25 and $2190.75).

In addition to the points change: after today's update region restricted giveaways are now viewable, so I think the limitation "It's not possible to protect region-locked giveaways with SGTools gate. Steamgifts doesn't show the information needed back to SGTools to be able to create it." is gone. ^^

I have one user that has an invalid entry on Headliner, Van Helsing, & Wurm Unlimited. Yesterday they were on all cars as well as another user, but the checker is not reporting those now that the train has ended. Thank you. =]

Ahhh, I see. I guess this is why my "Space Journey" game is missing. I see now that the game is still in the Steam client but not viewable through the website.

Somehow a game I won on SG appears to have been removed from my account and is no longer on Steam; "Space Journey". I am failing "Game wins not activated" due to this.
If I re-enter the key in to Steam it say that the account already owns the game.
If I enter it in the Steam search bar it say "Play Space Journey Deluxe Edition" in the drop down menu, but clicking on it just goes to the home page. It is colored green by "Enhanced Steam" indicating that I own it (or owned it the last type it synced).
What should I do?
UPDATE: I see in the post above that this was one of the games removed from detection by the Steam API, so I guess it will need to be added to a whitelist on sgtools.
