This is a redo of a previous (now deleted) giveaway with proper region restrictions. The previous winner couldn't activate in his region, but has seen the key. So there technically is a tiny chance that the key got out, therefore I need to add this little condition: to enter this giveaway, you must be OK with it being deleted if the key is no longer valid.
