Nothing about beauty is about exception or physique. Everyone is beautiful in one way or another. Perspective is the issue, not the beauty that is inherent to every last person in the world.

In order for anything to be good it must be contrasted with it's bad counterpart, otherwise it's just neutral and mundane. If I tell my wife I think everybody is beautiful, it is no longer a compliment to say I think she is beautiful.

That's faulty logic. There are many ways things can be good. Not everything that's "good" is good for the same reason.
Also I don't share in the black and white view of the world that what is "good" only is good because there is "bad" to make it shine.
A lot of people are going to find a sunset beautiful. Not because there are hurricanes in the world. Just because they enjoy the light, or the colors, or the last rays of sun of the day. Others are going to like the fact that the night is coming soon. There is beauty in both the sunset and the night sky.
If I tell my wife I think everybody is beautiful, it is no longer a compliment to say I think she is beautiful.

My girlfriend knows that when I tell her she's beautiful, it's not a comment about other people but about her. I find her beautiful for all kinds of reasons that are about her. That doesn't mean I don't find other people beautiful for other reasons, or for some of the same reasons I find her beautiful. Beauty is in the eye and the mind of the beholder.

I went by Steamdb information regarding ROW keys for the game.
Apparently LATAM region had a specific key for this game.
It appeared confirmed in the Humble Choice thread for May when the game was in the bundle.

Aleksey Vorobyov said on NSN that the passwords were hacked "somehow" from the outside.
The Kommersant FM radio station was hacked through the fault of external forces, but now control over the Internet stream has been restored, Alexey Vorobyov, editor-in-chief of the radio station, said in an interview with the Radiotochka NSN Telegram channel.
Earlier Wednesday, Kommersant FM reported on a hacker attack. The anthem of Ukraine, songs in the Ukrainian language, as well as Russian-language pacifist compositions were played on the radio station's Internet air.

It's clearly a secondary account of someone. If you check their games list on Steam there is absolutely nothing of value on there. They cheated the 100 USD account value limit for SG registration with shovelware games that are available for cents/free but not yet correctly classified by SG mods.
The account is a great example of how you can get a Steamgifts-eligible Steam account for like 1-2 dollars if you know what to buy.
